Assessment & Evaluation

In the Kindergarten and Montessori classes, evaluation is done on a day-to-day basis by way of worksheets based on the syllabus taught. The overall performance of the child is judged by the end-of-the-year tabulation of these evaluations.

KG and Montessori students’ performance will be assessed on a regular basis. Teachers will observe the progress of each student perceptively. Continuous assessments will be conducted by considering the best attainment of students. Records will be maintained as per the instructions by National Education Policy 2020.

• Formal Assessment will not be conducted.
• Informal Assessment in the form of class test / unit test will be conducted once in two months for KG and Mont students (excluding Nursery and Mont -1 students).
• Informal assessment will be conducted with an objective to encourage writing skills among students.
